Tara Benwell is a Canadian freelance writer and editor who specializes in materials and articles for the ELT industry. Since trading her teaching career for self employment in 2003, Tara has been telecommuting throughout North America and Asia, working with educational content producers, publishers, and website owners. Tara is also the editor of
TalkGreen, where she contributes tips and thoughts on raising earth conscious kids. Tara admits that motherhood was responsible for her ecoawakening. Her interest in green living and sustainability has been growing steadily since the birth of her daughter and son. As a stepmother to a sixteen year old, Tara brings a broad range of experience to the Eco-Child's Play table.
